A chef's tool that you don't want to be without

I've been watching a lot of cooking videos lately where chefs use these type of mandolin veggie choppers quite often because it makes their life so much easier and quicker to process produce. In particularly, I noticed you can get nice thinly sliced onions for your burgers on the grill. Sure enough, just as soon as we receive this chopper and started testing it out, I was chopping away making thin sliced onions, tomatoes and many other wonderful produce items with ease. Until you have one of these type of choppers you don't realize just how fast it speeds up your cooking process, not to mention the thin slices you can get that you wouldn't normally get with a knife.I also like the fact that they give you different chopping blades to choose from. The one of the thing that separates this setup from the cheaper mandolin choppers is that it actually has a container that the chopper fits on, to control where your food lands and keep it contain. That's a huge plus!!Excellent value for the money..... highly recommend!!

I am so happy I got this it makes shredding my vegetables so much easier. I only wish it came with instructions on how to change out the blades I just use the one it came with. It’s easy to wash and store. Cannot recommend this one enough.
