The straps that crisscross and wrap all the way around the knee give very good support. Highly recommend this product.

Good for squats, easy to wash, airy so it doesn’t collect sweat. I personally don’t use the straps because even without it the support is good. I see this lasting for a year so worth buying

Helps with my wife’s knee she likes the support of it but not a big fan of the band that wraps around she said it feels better with out it. The materials seems heavy duty yet soft
