Just a note on my video: neither the screen nor the indicator lights flash in person, both are very steady. I think that they appear to be flashing slightly in my video due to the recording process.I love how customizable and easy this heating pad is to work. The buttons are simple to use, the only thing that isn't very intuitive is setting the timer, but that's easy once you have read the instructions and know that holding both the heat and vibration buttons brings up the timer settings. I really appreciate how the screen will alternate between the temperature and the battery level, no needing to guess if it's close to running out of power or not. I've also never had a heating pad that showed the current temperature of the pad as it is heating up, love this! It's great that you can use both the heat and vibration functions individually or together in whatever combination helps you the best. I've been using the heat function for about 2 hours today and it's only dropped about 9% in battery so it should last a while, although obviously the run time will fluctuate depending on what combination of heat level and vibrations you're using. The pad itself feels nice against you. It is fairly large, although it doesn't reach both ovaries on me at once, which is fine since I very rarely have pain around both of them at the same time, usually one or the other or a more centralized cramp. But best of all, this works great for the lower back too! I actually have more lower back pain than cramps during this lovely part of the month, but being able to use this for either side of my body is perfect! If you're using this on either the front or the back of your torso, you can definitely lay down (read: lounge on the couch) with this on, although the instruction manual says to not wear this while sleeping, probably as a safety precaution. I really appreciate the mobility that this heating pad offers, not that I usually feel like moving around a whole lot while on my period, but at least now you can take the heat and/or massage with you are forced to move.
